Mashal is a small organization based in Lahore, Pakistan dedicated to the publishing of books on social, cultural and developmental themes of contemporary relevance. It is a non-profit and non-government organization. In a country where reading habits are undeveloped, and where books on social importance are few, the publication and distribution of books in the local language is of great importance.
